The presence of Mexican culture in the Puerto Rican archipelago has become increasingly apparent in recent decades, owing to a myriad of factors including international cooperation, globalization, and the rising trend of migration. These elements have contributed to the stability of the Mexican community on the island. Consequently, there arises a necessity to strategize the establishment of a cultural center. This center would serve as a platform for the reenactment of Mexican culture and facilitate its integration into the host society. The aim is to safeguard certain elements of a nation's cultural heritage that are susceptible to reinterpretation for adaptation, akin to the appropriation of Cinco de Mayo in the United States.en_US
