Abstract

We Plant Threefold: The Furrows of Agroecology and Food Sovereignty is a translation of selected chapters from the book Sembramos a tres partes: Los surcos de la agroecología y la soberanía alimentaria, which exposes the negative impact our current industrial food system has on societies and the environment and proposes we adopt an agroecological food production model that can provide sufficient quality food for a large portion of the growing human population while protecting and promoting biodiversity.
