Abstract

“Festín, el Podcast” es una iniciativa cultural que busca documentar, preservar y celebrar el legado culinario de Puerto Rico a través de conversaciones íntimas, preparaciones gastronómicas y relatos que entrelazan memoria, identidad y sabor. Desde un enfoque narrativo, el proyecto integra elementos de la gestión cultural, la historia oral y el patrimonio inmaterial, explorando cómo el acto de cocinar y comer se convierte en vehículo de resistencia, pertenencia y comunidad.“Festín, the Podcast” is a cultural initiative aimed at documenting, preserving, and celebrating Puerto Rico’s culinary legacy through intimate conversations, gastronomic preparations, and stories that intertwine memory, identity, and flavor. Through a narrative approach, the project integrates elements of cultural management, oral history, and intangible heritage, exploring how cooking and eating become vehicles of resistance, belonging, and community.
