Criollas : Proyecto de alfarería local y educación en nutrición como una industria revolucionaria

Abstract

Criollas: Local Pottery and Nutrition Education Project as a Revolutionary Industry, is a proposal that serves as a platform providing multiple services and experiences. Among them is the production of ceramic kitchen utensils and traditional Puerto Rican gastronomy workshops. The acquisition of a space is also planned to house the processing of the raw material of the Puerto Rican clays, which in turn will function as a distribution center and serve as a creative workshop space for people interested in developing techniques within the ceramics. In this document, the components within the research, design and conception of the project are exposed, until reaching a series of experiments that contribute to the current development of the proposed cultural enterprise.
